December saw the official opening of the library building at Nong Kra. It is fast becoming a favourite spot for the kids.
The plan for the library was to provide activities including English, both during school hours and an after-school club to motivate the children and encourage them to read.
K.Ome wants to organise the library for students to feel at home, divided into 3 zones:
- Computer corner.
- Sitting corner, reading, warm, comfortable, sitting upholstery.
- Reading corner with tables to use for studying books or lessons where teachers want to change the teaching atmosphere.
