At Bright Dawn, we are always looking for innovative ways to engage our students and enhance their learning experiences. We're thrilled to announce the latest addition to our Creative Club: Yoga Classes!
Yoga, an ancient practice known for its physical and mental benefits, has been introduced to our schools, starting with Wang Both School. Our first class was a heartening sight, with children stretching, balancing, and most importantly, having fun!
Why yoga, you may ask? Beyond the obvious physical benefits, such as improved flexibility, strength, and coordination, yoga has much to offer to our young learners. It helps them explore their bodies, manage stress through breathing, build concentration, and increase their confidence and positive self-image. It’s a holistic approach to health and wellness that aligns with our mission to provide well-rounded education.
The yoga classes are led by a skilled teacher who understands the needs of young children and can make the sessions enjoyable for them. The children have responded with enthusiasm and eagerness, embracing the new activity with open minds.
We believe Yoga is an excellent addition to our Creative Club, offering a different kind of learning environment that complements the traditional classroom settings. It’s another step towards our goal of nurturing well-rounded, healthy, and happy children.
